Alan Timpson is a partner of Timpson, Parry & Clegg.
Alan graduated in Law from St. John's College, Cambridge University in 1977. He qualified as a solicitor and practiced with Churchill Danes, London until 1982, specialising in corporate finance.
Alan has been responsible for originating and executing many large and complex merger and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions during his career, and was voted one of the north-west's top 20 solicitors in 1994 by UK Solicitor News.
